Max Render Layer is very goooooood plugin!
Simple and Powerful!!!

Wasn’t able to use AP of 3dsmax2012 in 3dsmax2011.
Too bad!!!!!!
I want to use 3dsmax2012 early.
Anyway, for a person using 2011, MaxRenderLayer is coooooo!!!

ZBrush became R2 and at last became an ideal modeler.

A method to change display language of  AfterEffects and Photoshop.

◆Japanese → English

— AfterEffects —
Make text file of this name “ae_force_english.txt” and put it in My Documents folder.

— Photoshop —
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5 (64 Bit)\Locales\ja_JP\Support Files\
Change a file name of tw10428.dat which there is in this folder.
For example, tw10428.dat_buckup

AfterEffects:QT Rendering isn’t made.

QuickTime rendering was not possible in AE suddenly.
The combination with AE and latest QuickTime is bad.
This trouble occurred by a combination of AECs5 and QT7.7.

— simple solution —
One sure way to stay above water is to install QT of an old version.
QuickTime 7.2 &  QuickTime 7.5

I installed QT7.2, and a trouble was settled.

PointOven:Simple manual.

I write about PointOven down before someone forgets.

PointOven is awesam!!!!
PointOven is very important plug-in to move data in Max from Maya.
The opposite is equally true.

I made a simple manual.
I write it down little by little.

Used it in Maya → Max now.
— First step. Maya setting. —
A:The scene referenced to merges it.
B: Check the name of the object.(when it’s necessary)
(Don’t use signs except the under bar as much as possible.)
C: Select geometry or  Select Transform
D: PointOven is default setting.
but, Only the Psc file has to add the extension.
E: The file format of the object recommends LWO.
F: When an error is given,
it is the best to hit the key at the beginning of a frame.
G: Nurbs is not good. A polygon is good.

FumeFX memo

I’m into studying FumeFX.
As for FumeFX, an impression turns extremely big in numerical value and the slight difference of the Control Point of the curve.
I am deeper, and I must understand all functions of FumeFX, furthermore, to give the reproduction level of the effect image.
It is considerably difficult to understand the connection of the function, but there is not the meaning thinking about such a thing.
So, FumeFX is complex and difficult .
FumeFX seems to be simple and, in fact, it is complicated and is particular.

I’ve got my own individual interpretation to FumeFX.
I write the point that I discovered with FumeFX.

— System —
-Veloticity:
It is the same as stopping all movement to make numerical value of Damping maximum.

-Tubulence & Tubulence Noise
The size of Turbulence links a scale value.
The numerical value of Scale becomes invalid in the case of “0″ numerical value of XYZ.

— Fuel —
- Ignition : Fuel jets it.
-Burn Rate : The big numerical value deletes flame instantly.

If there is a thing same as Fume, I want to test it in Cinema4D and Houdini.

ZBrush4 R2

ZBrushを使っている人にとって、
このバージョンアップでもうZBrushには敵なしだと思うはずですね。

他のモデリングツールが全て曇って見えます。

僕自身も欲しいと思っていたほぼ全ての機能がついたように思いますし。
まだ新しいバージョンを使ったことがないですが、トポロジーの再構築あたりの機能が
TopoGunぐらいまで改良されると、なお更にありがたいですが、
トポ系以上に、今回のバージョンアップは嬉しい機能満載のようです。

忙しすぎてオリジナル作品では新しいバージョンを取り入れられそうになさそうですが、
仕事では取り入れていこうと思います。
